Creekside Christian Academy has a variety of programs for our students, and we try to make every decision within the school based on what is best for the kids. Meeting individual needs is a focus through our differentiation of instruction and our philosophy of inclusion, and we work hard to provide students with what they need intellectually, physically, emotionally and spiritually. We have high expectations for our students and our students meet or exceed our expectations. Fortunately, our students come to school ready to learn, and their parents have communicated to them the value and importance of education.
Based on these expectations, each applicant will go through the following process before the application will be reviewed:
- New applicant completes the application form and submits it together with the $150 application fee, which will cover all necessary costs of testing and processing.
- Additional paperwork in the Admissions Packet must be turned in.
- Transcripts and test scores should be requested to be sent to CCA from the student's former school(s).
- The student will be asked to do an Entrance Test.
- The Teacher Recommendation and Ministry Referral must be turned in. (If there is a reason the Minsitry Referral would not be practical at this time, we can discuss at the interview.)
- An Entrance Test will be scheduled with the student (if required). No students will be scheduled for the Entrance Test until the Transcript, Teacher Recommendation and Ministry Referral have been received by the school.
- An interview with a CCA Administrator will be conducted with the parents of the students once all paperwork is received and entrance testing completed (if required).
- It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that all application paperwork is received by CCA.
Each applicant must go through this process before acceptance into the school is evaluated.

Wait List Policy
Should a spot not be available when your application is submitted, you will be given the option of being on the Wait List. All application paperwork must be received to be placed on the list. Applications will be reviewed by CCA Administration and entrance tests completed after a spot becomes available.
There is a $75 non-refundable fee to be placed on the Wait List to cover administrative costs. The $75 fee will be applied to your $150 application fee should a spot become available.
Although we are frequently able to accomodate applicants on the Wait List, there is no guarantee of a spot being open prior to the start of the school year.
